Q. ARE YOUR ITEMS NEW?
Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and include tax, which means that you do not have to pay tax when you receive your order.

Q. WILL I BE TAXED?
SNEAKERHERE only sells authentic items in an unworn and in pristine condition.
All sneakers and streetwear articles available online are new. sneakers are defined as a new pair of sneakers, unworn and complete with original box, box lid, all additional accessories, laces, manufacturer tags and special packaging.

Q. WILL I BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
Yes, size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and still have the SNEAKERHERE tags attached.
A request for exchange can be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Please state the exchange reason and your desired size when contacting our customer service team.
Please be mindful that the buyer is responsible for all shipping feesplus the price difference for the size change and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by our team.
Once the exchange request is accepted by our team and the return address provided through email, customers must return the item back to us within 7 days with the return tracking number provided.
**Return of goods will not be accepted if the products/ boxes are damaged/ not in their original condition, or if the tags are removed.

Q. CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We’re sorry that once the order has been placed, we cannot amend the order details. However, If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel it before the order was shipped by message us on our website for the cancell ation request.

Q. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
A. Usually 1-2 weeks.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

No, currently we can only process orders within the US, CA, UK, AU, NZ, and EU (DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, BE, SE, AT, PL, DK, IE, FI, CZ, RO, EL, PT, SK, HR, LV, LT, SI, EE, CY, LU, MT, HU, BG).

Q. WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED OUT?
Every item at SNEAKERHERE goes through a rigorous authentication process by our expert team. Tracking number are usually provided with 72 hours, varies on arrangement of an order.
Each pair of shoes will have a tracking number, and you will receive multiple tracking numbers when you purchase multiple pairs.
After we send you the tracking number, there may be a delay in the tracking information display. It is recommended to check again after 8 hours.
Once we send you the tracking number, it takes 8-10 days to ship to European countries, 9-11 days to ship to the United States, and 10-12 days to Canada.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Q. HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
If you are not satisfied with the good(s) you have received, you have the option to return the goods to us under the following return policy.
– Returns request will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
– The buyer will be responsible for all the shipping fee involved (original shipping fee and return postage are non-refundable).
– The goods being returned must be unused and in their original condition with the tags attached.
– Refund will be issued back to original payment method only.
Please contact us before returning us any product(s).
Once the return request is accepted by our team and the return address provided through email, customers must return the item back to us within 7 days with the return tracking number provided.

When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed.

c. PostNL usually takes 12-25 working days(not including holiday and weeknd).
